Work directly with Taylor Hynes, FC United's Sports Performance & Wellness Director, on any of the following athletic qualities: Speed and Agility, Fitness and Conditioning, Strength and Power, or general athlete wellness and recovery. Sport skills develop the athlete's talent. Sport performance optimizes the athlete's long-term output.

Coach Taylor recently graduated from Northwestern University with an MA in Sports Administration while serving as the NU Olympic Sports Performance GA. While at NU, Taylor programmed or assisted with the performance training programming of with many of NU's Big 10 teams including Women & Men's basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Swimming & Diving, Fencing, and others. Taylor ran both Cross Country and Track at DePaul University while working towards her B.S. in Exercise Science with a Psychology Minor.

WHAT

Sports Performance is a service that exists to further develop athletes beyond what their sport provides. To play at the highest levels, elite athletes learn to access their full physical and mental potential through Sport Performance training. Once an athlete learns the skill and tactic necessary for his or her sport, Sports Performance steps in to finish the job. Train with Performance Director, Taylor Hynes, in private or semi-private sessions to address your individual needs for fastest results.

 

Use your training sessions to focus on improvement in the following areas: 

  • Speed and Agility
  • Conditioning
  • General Fitness Pre and Post Season
  • Strength and Power
  • Recovery
  • College/High School Season Prep

 

Choose the area that you want to train when you sign up. Sessions can be long term (6+ months) or short term (2-6 weeks). Keep in mind, that consistency and work ethic build the best results!

Personal training options are open throughout the year.

After you purchase your 4, 6, or 8-week package option, Coach Taylor will reach out to you to schedule your training sessions. Session scheduling is flexible based on Coach Taylor's schedule and does not need to be consistent each week. 

PRICE

1-on-1 Training

  • 4 Session Package: $340 ($85/Hour)
  • 6 session Package: $510 ($85/Hour)
  • 8 session Package: $680 ($85/hour) 

Small Group Training

  • 4 Session Package: $160 ($40/Hour)
  • 6 session Package: $240 ($40/Hour)
