FCU Committed - Summer Program
The Committed Summer Program is designed for current college players, committed college bound players, or elite level prospective college players to maximize their off-season training during the summer season and enter the Fall pre-season at peak performance.
The Committed Program includes on ball technical training, speed and agility, conditioning, & strength training, and small sided and full side game play.
*If current collegiate players have Conditioning packets from their respective schools, they can choose to perform the planned sessions in a team atmosphere with other committed players.

sports performance director: taylor hynes M.S., CSCS, SCCC
Coach Taylor recently graduated from Northwestern University with an MA in Sports Administration while serving as the NU Olympic Sports Performance GA. While at NU, Taylor programmed or assisted with the performance training programming of with many of NU's Big 10 teams including Women & Men's basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Swimming & Diving, Fencing, and others. Taylor ran both Cross Country and Track at DePaul University while working towards her B.S. in Exercise Science with a Psychology Minor.
