FC United objective is to foster the most competitive player environment while encouraging players to train & develop there skills, so our teams can compete at the highest level.

FC United is an organization of professional, Nationally Licensed coaches who are committed to the development of the American soccer players and the promotion and enhancement of the game. We feel that in order to compete in soccer nationally there must be a strong emphasis on improving the methods we use to develop young players. Our efforts will be placed on creating an environment which will give opportunities to players to reach their potential through an intense training regiment while instilling a love of the game which all players must have to succeed.

Our philosophy is not winning, but succeeding through proper instruction, learning through experience, and playing the game the way it was meant to be played. Winning will come naturally if all efforts are made and the goals are achieved. We will strive for excellent in all areas including the development of the person not just the player. We will always conduct ourselves in a respectful and professional manner and represent our club with pride. This philosophy must be followed in order for FC United to be successful and must impact on the game that we hope it will.
